These are high quality custom made acrylic Turntable display case covers at less than half the cost of most pre-made audio cover suppliers. These high quality custom stereo and turntable covers are made of clear 3/16" thick acrylic. Wiring and tone arm access and hand cut-outs as well as other custom modifications will be done by request for your specific equipment needs. Shown are polished cut-outs for wiring access at back. Side panel cut-outs on this cover are requested finger access to lift turntable display case cover safely from turntable and are 1" high x 3" wide. Also, optionally available for this purpose are clear acrylic factory cast half moon handles 3/8" x 1,1/2" permanatly attached, usually to top sides, but placed where you wish.

Turntable display case cover custom options available are: black or white acrylic in 1/4" or 1/8” thick sheet.
Mirror acrylic in 1/8” thick sheet.

Clear acrylic shapes: round rod, square and rectangle used for custom purposes by your request.

*Square edges verses rounded edges:
Our method is square 5 panel fabrication, all panels are paralled and end squared then clear embeded together. This makes an acrylic cover that will be strong and beautiful for many life times.

Rounded edges are HEAT FORMED. Heat forming is a cheap fast way to make an acrylic cover!!!
Heat forming is just a basic inherant built in defect waiting to happen! The problem that arises with heat formed edges are at the corners, heat formed edges deform and are heat stressed, this adds up to a weakened corner that shows up as blushing at the joint. A white crusty look. This is seen sometime later after the cover ages a bit, causeing weakness at the corners and a bad look. A few small tiny spots of blushing is common with most acrylic work, but you dont want it so bad that it can cause failure of the cover and look terrible! Heat forming is meant to be used on huge quantities of cheap small retail store displays that are thrown out after a years use or on monumentally huge architectual and retail store display covers where the cost of 5 panel fabrication is cost prohibative, and sadly on innocent customers who, like most people have no knowlege of proper acrylic fabrication and just want something good to protect there nice equipment.
